Spiced Peanut Crunch: Super obsessed with how this lives on my palette. An unlikely but wonderfully pleasing combination of coconut, peanut, anise, and cayenne. It finishes with a definitive kick.

Lemon Cardamom: a perfectly balanced dream and pairs magically with the mouth puckering Hibiscus Chaat Masala Sorbet. Just the colors are enough to make me smile. I am getting so into this, I just ordered the Orange Fennel this morning.

Royal Cinnamon with Black Salt Caramel: Another coconut based flavor BOMB. I would love to pair it with some warm dark chocolate but I seem to be eating it right out of the container…we haven’t gotten that far yet…
